New to Law Apps

I've been working towards a graduate study, but with more schools accepting the GRE, I want to submit a few applications. I am curious to know what my chances are:

Undergrad GPA: 3.6
Grad GPA: 4.0
GRE Scores: 166V; 161Q; 5.0 Written

I notice that the undergrad GPA seems to be the default, but how does a grad GPA factor in?

It doesn't. You get a marginal boost compared to somebody without a grad degree, but it's maybe a few tenths GPA difference.

Grad GPA doesn't really matter, except on the margins, which is sort of unfortunate given your numbers. There are only a couple schools that (a) accept the GRE and (b) are worth going to without at least a substantial scholarship, so you may want to get a strong LSAT score and apply with that.
