3.2 GPA, should I retake/low T14 chances? 154->165->171

154 (Feb 15 cold) -> 165 (June 18) -> 171 (July 18)
3.2 STEM GPA from Top 20 UG
2 years WE teaching English abroad

I’m aiming for the lower T14 and medians are expected to rise at least 1 point. I will also ED at UVA.

I’ve taken PTs 50-84 with a ~174 avg through the last 15. My section breakdowns are -2 per LR, -1 RC, -2 LG. I’ve been fool proofing LGs for more than half a year, and I’m unsure if I’ll ever be confident about that section, especially on test day (on June I went -5 even though that set was actually pretty easy).

Should I retake for a 4th take? I’d appreciate any advice.

It all depends. 171 is a very respectable score.
The higher your score, however, the more difficult it becomes to increase it. You can retake if you like but keep in mind that your score might now decrease or stay the same.

Or you could apply with this score and add an addendum explaining your GPA; being a STEM student might mitigate that. If you apply this fall, you will see which schools admit you and if you're not satisfied you could retake for the following cycle.

Why? ED is usually a really bad idea unless you enjoy burning piles of money in your free time.

As a somewhat similar data point, I was waitlisted at UVA with a 174/3.45 with a top 20 UG STEM degree and 3 years of engineering w/e. This was a few years ago, though.

Your chances at the lower T14 and at top Tier1 schools aren't too awful:
