Education: BS in Finance from Big 10. magna cum laude (3.92), exclusive honors fraternity, and senior award

LSAT: 171

Work Experience: Financial advisor internship. Then, bulge bracket investment bank sales and trading internship and full time position (have been working full time for 1+ years).

Military Experience: ROTC all throughout college (full tuition). Currently a field artillery officer in the Army National Guard while working at the investment bank.

Extracurricular: business fraternity, investment associations, heavy involvement in ROTC

Volunteer: a couple of month-long trips during college and spent 5 months heavily volunteering and doing non profit work.

What are the chances of landing a spot at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, or Columbia? Any thoughts on joint programs -- HLS and HKS, SLS and HKS, etc.? What are the weak spots in my application?

Weak spots? Your lsat score. You are 80% shot at H, but unlikely Y and S. Get 3-4 more points, you will have as good a shot as anyone else.
