3.4 gpa/159 lsat

I have 3.41 GPA and i've taken the lsat twice. The first time around i got a 159, and now ive gotten a 158 which was frustrating because practice tests were a bit higher. Main problem for me was timing and I feel as though taking it again, and applying later, wouldnt be worth it if i end up in the same score range...
Don't know if this will help at all: I've interned with the governor's office, I'm interning with a professor on policy research, and mock trial
What are my chances with these numbers at these schools: UCIrvine, UCDavis, George Washington, Washington and lee, ASU, UofA?
What schools should i be applying to with these numbers that would be "worth it"?

That depends. What do you want to do, and where do you want to do it?

I'm highly interested in environmental law, and ideally id like to do it in California. However, knowing that my scores may not be high enough to stay in California, I was open to going elsewhere...

Environmental impact lit is a tough field to break into and the openings are normally gobbled up by grads at the top schools, which are out of your reach.

What's your plan B?

It's not a link, it's a fellow poster who does environmental law work. I was quoting him so he could join the conversation or provide you advice via PM. I can't promise he'll want to help you, but he is doing the type of work you want to do.

I'm afraid you'd be out of the running for enviro nonprofit jobs with the schools you currently qualify for. However, state or federal govt environmental law is a possibility. However, federal jobs for entry level attorneys are rare. I don't know enough about state govt opportunities out west or in southwest to be able to form an informed opinion on those matters.
