Hey everyone,
I just got my score back from the September test and ended up with a 165. I have been PT'ing around the high 160's and low 170's. My UGPA is currently a 3.93 but would most likely be a 3.95-3.96 at the end of this fall semester. Do you think I have a shot at the lower half of the T14? Debating whether or not to apply now with the 165 or grind out some more studying and sit for the December test.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

You already know the answer, but just to reinforce it...
You have a shot at getting in to the lower T13 with your current numbers. And you should retake. You are leaving HYS admission and, much more importantly, six-figure scholarships on the table with that LSAT.

Yeah not retaking could cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars and a shot at your dream outcomes from law school. Retaking could literally change your life with that GPA.

You're only going to hear one thing. Retake, delaying by a cycle if need be.
