Not gonna retake. I have average softs. Been working for a few years.

Chances at HYS? CCN? T14 generally? UCLA?

Chances at $$?

Apply to all of the T13, you'll have some good options. You'll get good money somewhere in the lower T13.

ETA: unlikely at HYS though

Do you think it would be unwise to hold it for CLS at sticker when I might have a shot at the NU ED scholarship?

I wouldn't necessarily do either. NU ED is a great outcome, and if you're certain you want that school, then go for it while ready to roll the dice at the rest of the T13 if they roll you back to RD. But what school you pick should have some focus on what your goals are following graduation from law school. Paying sticker for Columbia is almost never a good idea unless $300k+ is an insignificant amount of money for you.

Apply broadly. Weigh the options against each other. Negotiate with those options to maximize tuition discounts. And then you can best pick what your subjectively "best" option is given your options.
