Somewhere around 173 seems to still be the sweet spot. Might be a little less, might be right on. Now go get that score and apply broadly so you have more options on the table than just HLS.
ETA: and just to head this off, no one can definitively tell you whether your degree being from HYP really matters. It might give a bump, it might not. I'd caution and say assume it won't because it's really pointless to needlessly conjecture on the relative weight of the prestige of an UG, and it's been done too many times around here to require more discussion. If you feel compelled to ask that question, go ahead and look up "HYP" on the search function and read the litany of posts already made on that discussion.
