162 LSAT 3.76 GPA, maybe decent softs

Hey guys,
Just wanted to wanted to get some opinions on my application strength.
I have a 3.76 GPA in accounting/finance major, 162 LSAT from Dec 2016. I have been working at JP morgan in a internal audit role(financial regulation space) since August 2016(interned the summer before) and just took the Feb LSAT. Probably going to take June as well just to not leave any chances on the table.
Some softs from Undergrad:
-won school award for a thesis around a legal topic(bluebook citation)
-probably decent LOR's from two professors that attest to my writing skills and one from my rowing coach(4 year relationship)
-student government VP(executive board) for a year and 2 years as a student government committee member
-4 years on rowing team with one year as a captain(senior year)
-semester of volunteering at a school teaching middle school children
Non-URM Hispanic and first-generation college grad
Just wanted to see what people thought my chances are into getting into T-14 and T14-20 schools. I have already applied at these schools(most of them went complete mid-January)
Any feedback is welcomed.
