My ideal situation would be full tuition at Texas, or at least severely reduced tuition, so that's what I'm most curious about, though I would like to know my standing in general. I have pretty good softs and extenuating circumstances for the low GPA, but I don't really know how much that counts. Thanks for any insight y'all can offer; I did better than I was expecting on my LSAT, so I'm totally lost.

it's hard to really tell because you're a pretty extreme splitter so the data isn't too helpful. that being said, you should be fine for your goals at UT.

Could take some negotiating, but extremely reduced tuition at Texas seems achievable. I don't you get a full ride, but could come close. Make sure you apply broadly to try and get some leverage.

Your stats are very similar to mine. Maybe follow me on LSN (same name). My cycle has been going well so far.
