LSN vs LSAC predictor
When I look up certain GPA and LSAT combinations I am seeing much different numbers from LSN and LSAC. For instance, a 3.2 and a 168 puts you at a 25% chance at a school (UT), but LSN makes it look much less bleak. Is there one that is more reliable than the other?

Re: LSN vs LSAC predictor
LSN is more accurate.
The difference is that LSN compiles actual data from actual applicants. It's not a perfect system, because it only collects data that applicants voluntarily submit, but it works well enough. The LSAC system just compares your numbers to the 25/50/75 percentiles for a school and spits out a random number. By LSAC's reckoning, I had a better chance at getting into Columbia than I did at getting into Duke, UVA, or Northwestern.

Thank y'all very much. I honestly had no clue and had been trusting the LSAC predictor more, but someone said that it was not accurate for splitters so I wanted to ask more.
