MyLSN.Info says I'm headed for waitlist city in all likelihood, but do you think I could sneak into one of the lower T14's?

I'd be willing to be you'll get in somewhere. Several t-14's have 25th LSAT percentiles at or just below 163.
Should probably re-take though, would be a major waste of that stellar GPA you worked hard for. A couple more questions right on that test could mean big scholarship dollars. If you are prepared I would definitely try to get a retake in ASAP.

most definitely. for some people standardized test scores do not accurately predict capabilities, you should explain that in your addendum...i mean unless you were to a really "easy" undergrad school

While retaking will increase your chances, I have extremely similar scores for this cycle and am already into Georgetown and Michigan. Feel free to PM me for more details.
