AA get the biggest boost. I tend to think that your 168 would get you into GT and you may have a chance at a few of the lower T-14s. I would send apps to the T-14 if you can afford it because you never know what could happen for URMs, especially AAs.

You can also ask the schools for waivers to apply. I think with AA you're in at GT and you definitely should apply to other t14s

Something to consider... As a patent-eligible URM you will have multiple legs up on some of your classmates when it comes to getting a job. If I was you, that would be a reason to take money at a t30 if the option is it or sticker at a t14.
