If you can write a compelling personal statement and perhaps even an addendum explaining your GPA trend, I think you have a pretty good shot at a T6 and are a lock for the lower t14 with good money likely.
There is only one t14 that makes you fill out a separate request if you have an lsac fee waiver (I want to say Stanford).

Don't post the same thread multiple times, please.
AA, 3.5, 173 has serious HYS potential (I don't know if thats 50% or 90% - its high, though) and will probably land huge scholarships elsewhere. Maybe someone will feel comfortable stating this stronger than I, but suffice it to say you will have incredible options and probably only need to apply to the top 10-12 schools or so.
