MA URM 3.8 167 , what schools are worth applying to?

MA URM 3.8 167, retaking in December
Softs: Scholarly Publication, former TFA, & 4 years of WE after college
I received fee waivers from every T14 except HYS. I plan to apply to use all of those waivers.
Should I even try applying to H/S?

Absolutely you should apply to H/S. Probably won't get into S with your current numbers unless the MA gives you a really big boost, but you have a good shot at H. And if you increase your LSAT by just a couple points then you're in really good shape.

I will. I received invites to apply from H/S. I suspect they send those out to a large range of scores to lower acceptance rates, but it worked.
