What do you think are the chances for me at GULC early binding?

I think your chances are pretty decent. I also think they're no worse than applying regular decision.
Don't ED. Unless GULC changed their program, they aren't offering you guaranteed money with an ED acceptance. So that means you'll pay sticker, and no one should be paying sticker for Georgetown.
