Should I ED to NW so that I get the $150k scholarship money? I would love to work in Chicago or New York. Or should I blanket the T14 and see what type of money I get?

Splitter scholarship offers are unpredictable, so I think you're real deciding factor is whether you really want to go to Northwestern. If you do, then it's a great school, and ED gets you great money. But your numbers should get you money elsewhere (maybe not $150k, but who knows?), so if you're not sure that Northwestern is right for you, you should take your chances.
