LSAC GPA Question

Hi there,

First time posting, but have been lurking the forums for awhile now. Quick question about the LSAC GPA.

If I earned a graduate degree the same time I earned my undergraduate degree (think a dual-degree program, graduating with all degrees at once.), will my LSAC GPA take into account the graduate courses?

If I remember correctly, it seems like the LSAC says they count grades up until your first undergraduate degree is earned. Because of this, I’m not sure what will be taken into account for my calculation.

Sounds like the grad degree classes would be counted towards your undergrad, so I'd bet they count.

That's an interesting question. I would contact LSAC to receive a definitive answer

Quoted from LSAC's list of what is excluded in their GPA calculation is... "Those awarded after the first undergraduate degree was received."

I suppose I will have to reach out to LSAC (phone call?)

Just an interesting situation where all the degrees will be earned at once. Not much guidance on it.

Yeah, a quick phone call will do. Email is an option as well if you don't want to call; they are pretty quick with responses.
