Oddly enough those results get better when you do 3.3-3.5 instead of 3.4-3.5. Possibly a small sample issue. Apply to all of the lower T14, except Berkeley. The odds for NYU and Penn are not very good according to MyLSN but there's no harm in applying. I think at least one T13 will take you, although you'll probably have to wait a longer than average time to hear back from these schools

You would almost definitely get into GTown, with at least a bit of a scholarship. My stats were 3.39/168, and I played GW and GTown off of each other to get the scholarship offer higher (although you could probably get an even better scholarship if you used another T-14 instead of GW)
