Correct. OP's GPA will definitely be a plus for Yale and Stanford, they tend to have a hardon for URMs with high (3.9+) GPAs. However her being a k-jd and having a sub-170 LSAT will definitely hurt her at Yale. It's definitely possible to get YLS with a mid to high 160s LSAT if you're AA, but it doesn't happen often, the majority AAs they admit have 170+ LSAT scores in addition to high GPAs.
