I have a 3.8 and 158 lsat (non URM) and got into BU. I have pretty unique softs and a good Personal Statement (I think) crafted around my work experience.

You should be set for UC Davis and maybe BU if you applied early & well-prepared. GW might be a reach, but your White House internship will help significantly. I would suggest to check mylsn for a more statistical probability.
