What is the purpose of getting this degree? If you want to work as a lawyer in the US, and you will be needing a work visa, you got some serious work to do.

I got my LLM and found it far from enough, and even in China they prefer to JDs now.

Will employers in China be interested in hiring someone with a JD from a school like Illinois? Or are they only interested in people with degrees from more prestigious schools? Honest question.

Some employers just know t14. The rest is no difference.
In fact I am confused. If I cannot overcome LSAT, how can I expect of myself to study hard to get a transfer chance?

the answer is yes. employers in china prefer anything foreign. schools in the us with regional fame is good, those with national and international reputation are unbeatable.
