Top Law Schools

Hello I'm currently a junior at a lower tier ivy like Brown, Cornell Dartmouth, and I am an Econ major and i have a 3.71 gpa, i studied for the lsat over summer while working for a bulge bracket bank and was consistently scoring a 167 -170. I stopped studying once school started in august and took the lsat in october without studying between august through october and got a 163. I plan on taking it again in june or oct again and i am going to study up until the day before the test this time lol so I was will probably score between 167-170. I was wondering if I could get into the bottom t-14 with my current lsat, and if i can improve it to 167-170 where In the top-14 i could get in. I am also the son of an immigrant, first generation, and gay all which i can write in my diversity essay if that helps my chances

I'm glad you're retaking, because you have a very strong application. I would seriously study for 3-4 months to get as high an LSAT as you possibly can. If you pull a 170, we're not discussing what T14s, you're getting in, we're talking about what T14s you might not get into. If you get that 170, I highly recommend you applying to every school in the T14, because even Yale is possible and your chances at Harvard and Stanford are pretty strong, with some large scholarships at the rest of the T14. Why are you so set on law school? Seems like you're in a good position for gainful employment right out of college.
