If that's a 3.93 in Engineering or something, forget the LSAT and never look back.

Apply to these 10: Penn, Berkeley, Michigan, Northwestern, UT Austin, UCLA, Vandy, WashU, Emory, and GW.
Apply to another 2-3 for purposes of leveraging (hopeful) big scholarship money. You'll have to do a little research to find out who throws around lots of $$$ right below the WashU/Emory/GW tier. I'm sure that info is available on this site somewhere.
Your chances at landing one of the T14+UT Austin are probably about 25%.
Your chances at UCLA/Vandy are probably 50/50.
You will definitely get in to WashU, Emory, or GW.
I predict a tough decision in your future about where to go... a slightly better school, or a slightly worse school with more $$$. This will depend on some combination of how much money you have to throw around, the employment figures for each school, your career goals, your geographic goals, etc. etc.
Go to mylsn.info and click 'search' under 'prelaw' 'admissions.' Going to UCLA and having decent softs won't hurt, but it probably won't change the likelihood of the outcomes predicted by that site.
Hope this helps.

UVA ED is probably your best shot at a T14. They have accepted some 162's with your GPA. They might go down to 160.

Go get a job for two years and come back. Law school will definitely be here when you do - except you'll have saved a bunch of living expenses in the meantime.
Do NOT, under any circumstances, go to ANY school and take on 250k+ of student loans.

If you took the LSAT three times back to back, it's best to study for another retake in earnest.
If you did some studying for the LSAT and even skipped a few opportunities to take it while studying, your 4th take should be a valid option soon. Either way, I agree with twenty. You're not giving yourself a chance with that score and really have to retake.

Don't waste that awesome GPA with such a pedestrian LSAT. Study your ass off, and take the LSAT again when you can and when you feel comfortable that you can score at or near 170. It's the difference between squeaking into UVA and having 10 of the T-14 offer you money.
Delay your gratification on this one... you won't regret it.
