Are you personable? You may have a shot at Vandy. For Vandy, opt to interview with an alum in your area (if you are personable) and be able to articulate "why Vandy." Also I think you should talk about improving your grades. Spin it as you worked really hard to improve your study habits and your grades. I think it shows drive.
It's a bit naive to think that admissions officers "don't know" your major is easy. They evaluate applicants all day every day. I think they know your degree is easy.
Also, retake the LSAT? If you can even get to 165-167 then I think you would be solid for several of those schools, if you apply early. Apply early.

I guess I was tunnel vision on the bolded (which happens to be a solid portion of your post).
A simple search of this thread will likely answer all of your questions. Many more abrasive individuals than myself will tell you that if you can't even take the time to search before you post, you won't make it in law school.
"Will this be looked at oddly?" I think TCR is that the law school won't care.
"won't affect me either. Is this correct?" see above.
"Will this have an effect on any the schools I am applying to?" see above.*
*there are some schools that prefer work experience (Northwestern is discussed as putting weight on it) as well as some HYS. Many other individuals are K-JD and get into these schools.
Either way, people will tell you that you should retake the LSAT to maximize your scholarship chances at the above-mentioned schools if that's where you want to go. Also, you should have clearly defined career goals that these schools can place you in or else they aren't worth attending. This, in sum, is likely what other TLSers will tell you.
