3.4 163 Chances for large scholarship?

Hey guys, just wondering if any of yall who have been through the admissions process already would have any input on my chances of receiving close to a full ride to the following schools with a 3.4 gpa and a 163 lsat:
Kentucky
Richmond
Tennessee

Also, I'm a kentucky resident so I would already be paying the cheaper in-state fee

I applied to UK last cycle with a 4.0/159 and had two full tuition scholarships to negotiate with but I couldn't get UK beyond half-tuition...I have heard of one person getting full scholly at UK and they had a 170+
