2.99/160 UF?

Hello all,
I have a LSDAS GPA of 2.99. I had a rough first year and was working almost full time and commuting 1 hour to school while attempting to be bio/pre-med. It did not go well, obviously. I changed majors, went to a different and better school and graduated with an upper division 3.61 (with honors), which is also reported on my LSDAS as my degree GPA. Took the June LSAT and scored a 160. I am in Florida and really am looking to stay in Florida. Top choices: UF, FSU, Miami, Stetson (?). Will consider applying to schools as my "reach" choices, since I received merit based fee waivers from them. My top "reach" would probably be Emory. Not counting on getting in but thought I would try anyway since I have a fee waiver.
I've done a Congressional internship, have a couple hundred hours of volunteer work in various fields, and I have work experience throughout all of college and I currently am taking a year off and working full-time. I am Hispanic, not sure how much that will help, (not Mexican/Puerto Rican).
Real question is: what are my chances at UF!
