Hoping to get into University of New Hampshire.
GPA is low but my major is Phyisics with a Chemistry Minor, LSAT is higher than median. I've also had a 3 year internship leading to a promotion to a permanent position at a major company.
Should I Apply in September, or should I wait to apply in November when my October LSAT score comes back?
It is worth noting that I have a three year old DUI on my record.

What do you want to do as a lawyer? Where do you want to practice?

This is a pipe dream. I am assuming you are a K-JD?? Do you have work experience? We can get into the "why do you want to be a lawyer" question till we are blue in the face, so I strongly recommend a retake before you give law school another thought.

Yes, I've worked as a computer specialist since I graduated high school as Sony. My Uncle is a very successful IP attorney in DC, I imagine that he will be a big help.

Then you should go to school in DC. Go to GWU for close to full scholarship or Georgetown at a significant discount, which means that you will need an LSAT approaching 170, which in turn gives you a lot of LSAT prep to do. Good luck.
If your heart is set on NH Law, then I don't know what your chances of admission are going to be. These things are hard to predict. Your low GPA won't fetch a full scholly from them, which is what should be your goal. You will be accepted there I imagine.
