Yes, the ED would be a long shot. I don't even know if you would get the ED with a retake to pick up the 2/3 points you lost because of nerves. KJD + lower GPA doesn't help.
I think you should get into both Cornell and Georgetown with "great softs". Decent chance at $$ now but a retake would give you broader options. Not saying you need one, those are both awesome schools but I think those extra points would turn into more scholarship money at either of those two and open up more options in the T14.

You're in at Cornell and Georgetown, likely with some $ at both. Probably in at Northwestern as well, although not ED.

You stand a good chance at GULC and Cornell, but with a 170+ score, you'll be more competitive there and at higher ranked schools. Useful for scholarship negotiation if nothing else.
170/171/172 and you're looking at $$ at one or more of the lower t14. Definitely worth a retake.

It doesn't really matter they'll wait until the retake comes anyway
