Don't ED anywhere, just apply everywhere and see what happens

Don't get blinded by the dream school thing, if you have to go to Cornell then you have to go to Cornell. And that's fine.

You have a very good chance of getting into Cornell, very likely with some money. You may also get into Duke and other schools in that range. Don't ED.

You're not what penn is looking for in ED applicants, you're below both medians so it does not help them in any way. Also ED is a terrible decision even if you did have a good chance of getting in.

If you get good money from lower T14 then might as well go (although if you're planning on biglaw I would avoid GULC). If not then I'd retake when you're eligible again

theres no negative effect scholarship wise, if you got in ED or RD with those stats you'd almost certainly get 0 money either way

if you had the stats to get in RD then it wouldnt be worth it because you should apply broadly to see what other offers you get

go look on LSN, most people who get in ED are splitters because they are above one median. so there's a good bit of 170-171/3.3 people and then 164/3.9+ people.

just see what you get lower T14, cornell has similar numbers to penn (ie 70%+ BLFC)

$$ at Cornell is a good option, and with your philly ties you should be able to get back there.
