3.5/167 NYC chances?

Non-URM set on the NYC market. would be willing to settle for Fordham, but Cornell is my first choice. How are my odds? Worth retaking the LSAT?

Of course re take and see what you get before you settle for Fordham. Fordham to Cornell is a huge jump.
Your numbers are competitive but not a shoe-in at Cornell.

You're very borderline for Cornell. I have the same GPA and a slightly higher LSAT and am currently waitlisted, but lsn shows people with similar numbers who were accepted. Retake to have a better shot and so that you get $$$
