I have a GPA of 3.73 and I plan on taking the LSAT in October. University of Michigan is my number 1 choice and I plan on applying early decision. What LSAT score am I looking at to get in October to maximize my chance at getting accepted?

LSN puts you at a 75% chance with a 170. Just a friendly suggestion though: I wouldn't ED. Even if you are dead set on heading to UM you'll hurt your ability to get scholly money from them if you do.

Well, to maximize your chances you'd want a 180. A 169 or up will give you a pretty decent shot, though, according to myLSN. Don't apply ED, it's likely not going to do you a bit of good.
