I mean I don't really know what advice to give you on how to improve your softs. But I do know that Stanford is a black box and can be super iffy for even people with your numbers. But you are certainly looking at full rides throughout the t-14

Strong chances at H and CCN with money. Y and S are less predictable especially without softs. Idk of anything that you can do in a year to improve softs that wouldn't have required more pre planning, so I guess write a killer PS and hope for the best. Good luck!

Go to HCCN where you get a full ride... forget Y.. why would Y admit you if there some candidate with same numbers + incredible softs?
