Your only reasonable plan is to retake the LSAT, so the answer to your question is irrelevant.

You'll get a bump for being an alumni, especially one that is giving back to the university. Work experience helps. The professors' LORs help (to any school, not just because they are from Temple), but have you considered retaking in June? You have an outstanding GPA and unique work experience, you could really turn the tables and get some good offers from good schools. It may not be worth forgoing an income for the next three years while taking on massive debt for a shady job outcome.

In the Winter of 2011, I graduated from Temple University with a 3.92 GPA in Criminal Justice. I did this in 3.5 years, and subsequently became a police officer in Montgomery County. I applied to Temple University School of Law this coming Fall. While my GPA is a 3.92, I only scored a 149 on the LSAT. Great GPA, horrible LSAT. My question is, will being an alumni from Temple undergraduate school assist in any way with the admissions process?

As supplemental information to my question, 2 of my 3 letters of recommendation come from Temple professors. I also graduated as the valedictorian of my police academy class of 60 people. Lastly, I have given back to Temple by providing numerous speeches to undergraduate criminal justice students at Temple regarding police work. PJ
Temple...wtf

Stick with cop work. All my attorney friends who went 1811 have never regretted it.

What's with the influx of 3.9's on TLS these past few days trying to get into TTT.

This. If a law degree is going to help you advance in your police career, then I think Temple is fine (provided you don't go into massive debt for it.) Ditto if you want to become a prosecutor (again, provided you're not paying too much.) If you want to end up at a BigLaw firm, then Temple is obviously not a great choice.

Anyway, as far as your question, your work experience/alumni status/involvement probably will help a bit, but that LSAT really is an anchor. You definitely need to retake. Even if Temple lets you in, they're not going to give you a massive scholarship, and you need a massive scholarship to make Temple a defensible choice.

3.9ers probably frequent this website bc they are the same people who research and investigate everything the most thoroughly

Unless they either aren't real 3.9ers or took easy classes such as basketweaving at an easy school with grade inflation......another reason why GPA doesn't mean everything as far as intell goes

Basketweaving was one of the more difficult classes I took as an UG.
