not good - that GPA is killer.
as you can see, however, there are very limited data. people also say URM cycles are unpredictable. so, if you can afford it, i'd blanket the entire t14, if that's your goal.
i wouldn't expect much $$ at all, though. if that's an issue, then, well, you're gonna need to...you know...retake.
