generic recommendation- 170 3.6X GPA - Applied in early Jan

I'm really worried. Been out of school 3 years but approached a prof that didn't remember me and he was willing to write a letter. My former employer wrote the other letter. I also applied late in the cyle, in early January (took Dec LSAT).
You guys think this will significantly hurt my chances? What schools am I looking at?

Out of school 3 years, 170 3.6... I would've ED'd NU if I were you (that's what I did). I definitely think you'll get some t14 offers though, hopefully you snag some $$.
