3.3 GPA 171 LSAT and 4 LOR from Professors- My Chances??

I know that this forum has come up countless times, but I am wondering what my chances are for T14, specifically NU, Cornell, NYU, and Columbia. I will be coming straight out of college. I am a licensed Realtor in California as well as a licensed contractor, both of which I obtained during college. For NU, I am applying to the Accelerated JD program and was wondering my odds at that. I am looking to practice real estate and/or tax law in San Francisco and was also looking for some tips on what schools would be good for that area and practice. I'm from San Francisco and was also looking at USF since I could live at home and would most likely get a large scholarship and that is the city I want to practice in after I graduate. Thanks and I hope I didn't leave anything out!

But you're not a super splitter. Apply to a lot of schools. Find out which ones by looking at mylsn.

This subforum was created before the creation of mylsn.info, which takes care of the vast majority of candidates
