If you're joking, ok, but if you're serious, don't interview with any schools it will only hurt you.sespada wrote:Hey everyone,
Could I get some advice? I graduated May 2014 with a 3.7 GPA and I got a 172 (first take after studying by taking previous tests) on the September LSAT. Asian American male, sexual minority, went to college outside of the U.S. (PS material), but otherwise very normal extracurriculars (was an RA a few years, involved in some clubs, etc). I'd like to go to Columbia or NYU (not a huge fan of the city of Chicago) -- I'm guessing HYS is out of the question.
As it is my chances at Columbia and NYU are decent, as far as I understand, but I'd like as strong an application as possible... and frankly as much money as possible (I'll need it). I'll need a few weeks to finish my application anyway, but would it be worth it to retake the LSAT in December and try for a better score? I don't want to wait if that'll hurt my odds.
Thanks!
