The "mid-range schools" are pretty close to do not attend under any circumstances schools. The only exception would be on a full-ride, with modest career goals, and the school happens to be in the region you're from.
The "reach" schools should only be attended with a large scholarship.
You might have a decent shot at some T14s where your LSAT is at or over median.
