What are my chances of getting scholarships at T14 + UCLA? I am not sure if I should apply this cycle or retake next June and try for a better score so I can get more money because I really don't want a huge debt. What would you do in my situation? Thanks for all the help in advance!

Prob full ride's at some T-14's..... in at bottom t-14, prob in at CCN - might sweep them, and outside shot at HYS depending on your background. 170 is a bit on the low end for them, the 3.98 is on the high end.
you'll get some amazing offers... retake if you want to go aim for HYS or ruby/hamilton.... I could see your numbers getting a butler.
