I'm not a multiple question test taker.

I'm not a multiple question test taker. I will probably score the lowest possible score on the LSAT. My strengths are in writing term papers, speaking and essay tests.
My GPA in undergrad was 2. something just around a C or C+.
My GPA in grad school was 3.3
I'm not looking to get into a top 1 tier, or 2 tier school. I'm content with a tier 3 or 4 school.
What are my chances of getting into a tier 3 or 4 law school with a very low LSAT probably in the 120's, with a 2. something C in undergrad and 3.3 in graduate school?

Blanket the t14. They'll love seeing your vast improvement in grad school. Especially since grad school grades aren't inflated and is much more rigorous. A simple addendum explaining your difficulty with multiple choice tests should whisk away any worry.

If you are white and write a killer DS, you'll probably get at least 1 of T14.

I'm new to this and don't understand the abbreviations.
What is a t14 or HYS?
I could have done better in under grad maybe a B or B+. I'm really not sure what my GPA was, it was a long time ago. I'm not a multiple question type of test taker. I excelled at term papers, tests that were essay and presentations. I will not do well on the LSAT. It is what it is.

OP please do not go. I'll entertain you even if you are a troll.
Your chances of going to a school with any realistic job prospects with a debt load that is realistically manageable at best is next to nothing.
Either that OR (re)take the LSAT until you break at least 165, 170 preferably. Then it is possible, but with that GPA and an LSAT in the, as you said, 120s (which is statistically worse than just guessing) probably will get you rejected from everywhere.
However, if you approach the LSAT as a logic test and realize that many questions you can answer independently and then see if there is a M/C answer that corresponds with what you felt the right answer was, then you can probably overcome this anxiety of not being a multiple choice test taker.

Maybe I was wrong I don't know. I had read on another website US News and World Report Best Law Schools that:
1-50 was a tier 1
51-100 was a tier 2
101-150 was a tier 3
151- to infinity was tier 4
I realize my grades aren't that great that's why I was referring to applying to tier 3 or 4 schools.

you can actually one up all these people making fun of you by going to law school, maxing out the loans and then defaulting. itll be their tax dollars in the end. seriously though anyone can get into at least one law school, so you're chances are good.

fun fact: ~44% of all law graduates did not have a job as a lawyer nine months after graduating, each of the past two-to-three years.
Another fun fact: the average law student graduates w/ over 100K in non-dischargeable debt.
last fun fact: outside of the relatively small proportion of graduates who work at "biglaw" firms and make $160,000 their first year out -- the vast majority of whom attended Top 13 universities -- only a very small minority of those lucky graduates who do get a job make > $50-60. Virtually nobody makes between $60K and $160, and, again, the people who get the 50K jobs (who seriously beat the odds) are buried in debt, and have pretty limited career prospects.
In summary: really bad grades and a really bad LSAT does not mean you should go to a really bad law school; it means you should find a career path that isn't guaranteed to end in crippling debt and despair.
