You'll have a good idea after you take the LSAT. Besides being an URM, none of your other attributes will substantially help you in the process.
You really should be at least 21 when you enter law school, so that gives you plenty of time to make some money/get work experience and get a good score on the LSAT. Your GPA is a bit low, but as an URM you'll have a good shot at any non-HYS school if you can score at the school's median.

I knew a kid who went to LS when he was 19 and was miserable because he wasn't old enough to get into social functions. No friends but he's making 160k at 21....

I would reiterate what everyone has said so far and recommend you not go to LS until you're at least 21. Go work for the next 3-4 years, make $$$ with that CS degree (computer science, right?), and study for the LSAT. I think with a URM status and a STEM degree, with the right LSAT score you can totally get t-14 with money somewhere.

Like everyone else said, your GPA, LSAT (and URM status) will determine where you can get into law school. But once you're there, social life happens in bars, mixers with law firms and legal organizations happen in bars, and events at school have open bars. Being under 21 would really suck.

Take the LSAT seriously (get at least a 167) and maybe pick up a few years of WE before you start law school. It's not like your major is completely unemployable.

Another vote for go work for awhile. Revisit this question in 4-5 years. In the meantime, make some money and try to get some interesting stuff on your resume.

First, get an LSAT score.
Second, take time off. Seriously, there's a guy at my school who just turned 20. I can see why you may want to go, but he is weird, awkward, comparatively immature to even people just 2 years older, and just generally doesn't fit in. He's a nice guy, but really just doesn't seem to click with people and I believe it is primarily his age. Taking some time off would definitely be in your best interest, to not only make some money, but for your personal development as well.
