Do you mind if I ask what kind of work experience you had? Was it post-undergrad?jk148706 wrote:Barely higher gpa and 171 here.
Accepted at NU last cycle
Had some work experience though, but honestly don't think that was the difference maker really
I think NU's work requirement is more of a "I did something" than "I did something awesome"jk148706 wrote:three years of post undergrad work.. but non-impressive, nothing notable.Harry_Pluxen wrote:Do you mind if I ask what kind of work experience you had? Thanks.
I don't think that made much of a difference.. plenty of k-jds with my numbers got in as well
The emphasis on WE has declined quite a bit with the drop in apps. A few years ago WE was effectively mandatory.jk148706 wrote:While I think NU places SOME value on WE, I just don't think it factors in as much as most ppl on TLS do.
They're interested in numbers just like everyone else.
I really wouldn't be stressing out about your chances until you have an actual LSAT score. Lots of people "expect" a score in the 170s and end up with scores in the 150s or 160s.Harry_Pluxen wrote:expecting low-mid 170s on lsat next month
ah, could explain why so many people keep saying it, even though I don't really see it.Tiago Splitter wrote:The emphasis on WE has declined quite a bit with the drop in apps.
