Hey guys, I need to know if I could expect any scholarship money at all with a 3.5, 161 LSAT at any of the following schools: LMU, Pepperdine, USD, or Southwestern?
I need at least 75% of my tuition covered. I can cover the rest without a loan. I really need to avoid loans. Thanks for your help.

75% or more?
Your best bets are SD and Southwestern. Though, both really only give you coin-flip odds at, you know... actually being a lawyer.

Though, dude, I thought I recognized your username so searched your post history...
"will be 45 when I enter LS. I have a wife and mortgage, with 2 kids."
Please don't do this to your wife and kids.

Take it easy, a lot has changed over the last 6 months. We're financially secure. We're just not trying to incur anymore debt. My last career has given me a secure savings for the rest of my life and my wife is also very financially secure. My kids colleges are both paid. Yes, I will be 45 when I enter LS, but it will be a luxury, a lifetime dream without cost. I can afford maybe 25% of the tuition at any of the schools listed without affecting our life savings. That's why I asked.
Also, been offered a spot at a small firm with good friends after LS, so job prospects is not a concern.

then go to an unaccredited school on the cheap
edit: actually obviously you should retake until you get $$$
but since you probably won't do that, might as well take the cheapest route possible

It's due to the inability for people to answer posted questions, and instead editorialize their answers like this thread has already deteriorated into. That's why sometimes I have to manipulate my answers to get the question I'm asking answered. Looks like nothings changed around here. Later.

Don't worry, he'll just post another thread where he'll claim he does have a 170.
I never understand how people expect not to get caught when they post blatantly contradictory bullshit like this.
