163 LSAT, 3.95 LSAC GPA, Hispanic URM - what are my chances?

Hi everyone! I just received my June 2014 LSAT - 163. My LSAC GPA is 3.95 and I'm considering retaking the LSAT.
My top choice is Northwestern. Also very interested in Georgetown, Columbia (unrealistically with my stats), U Michigan, UCLA, UC Berkeley, and University of Minnesotta. Do I have a chance with my current LSAT? Should I retake?
More about me:
~ Undergraduate majors: International Relations and Latin American Studies
~ Extensive work/internship experience (including law related internship, summer preparation program, and current job as a legal assistant)
~ Planning to teach ESL abroad for 1-2 years before law school
~ Hispanic URM
Thanks so much for your help!!! I'm having a lot of trouble with this decision. I was hoping to leave the country before the September LSAT. I also did self-study for about 5 months and 163 was my average practice score. I have scored up to a 166 on my own and would pursue private tutoring (tough for me financially) if I choose to retake.
