3.86 GPA/ 167 LSAT non-URM

Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to look at my thread!
I'm a non-URM male with a 3.86 undergraduate GPA. I got a 167 as my highest LSAT score. I'm almost definitely not going to take the LSAT again. In addition, I worked for one year out of undergrad at a nonprofit that specialized in helping ex-offenders and poor people find employment, and I was Phi Beta Kappa as well as a member of two other academic honor societies.
Here are some of the schools that I am interested in applying to:
Berkeley
Cornell
University of Minnesota
University of Pennsylvania
Georgetown
University of Virginia
UCLA
All I'm concerned with for right now are the odds of getting in, I'm not looking for advice about money/scholarships. Any info on my odds with ED/EA would also be greatly appreciated.
What are my odds at any/all of these places? Any other ideas of good schools to apply to?
Thanks in advance, your advice is deeply appreciated!

Your best bet is to retake if you want a T14 at a reasonable price.

probably have a shot at all of them
penn uva boalt will be harder but what the hell worth an app
cornell and gulc, looking good
of course i don't think you'd get real money at any of them
and none are worth sticker/near-sticker
so if you're sure you're not going to retake
then i'd forget all about attending those schools unless you're rich/have tuition taken care of some other way
just apply to help with scholly negotiations
in w/ $$ at ucla
in w/ $$$ at minnesota
now those are some options actually worth considering

I should have mentioned that for right now, all I'm concerned with are my odds of admission. I should edit my OP to reflect that.
Thanks for your advice!

Do you have significant ties to CA? Berkeley favors reverse splitters, so I think you have a decent shot if you have ties + good PS. You should definitely crack the T14. Also, it might be worth an ED to UVA.

Thanks for your advice! Unfortunately, my only ties to CA are spiritual

I've wanted to live there my whole life but I have no direct ties to the state. I do think that I should be able to compose a strong PS given my experience working with ex-offenders and minority communities, plus my recs are going to be very strong as well.

Actually (and thankfully!) I'm in a position where price really isn't an issue. I should have mentioned that!
Anyway, point being, scholarship money isn't a factor, and I'm only concerned with getting accepted.
Thanks for your advice!
If money isn't an issue then retake get HYSCCN. Don't waste that GPA.

Probably in at Cornell and below, out everywhere else I would think
Weird list of schools. Why UVA but no Duke for example?
Retake and then laugh all the way to the bank with that FATTY inhereitance.

Just a general question (sorry if this is not the appropriate place to ask it): how reliable in general is the information that you can get from
http://www.lawschoolpredictor.com/? The info there tells me that I wouldn't be ruled out at any of the schools I listed based on my numbers. Is it generally reliable, or is it based on bad information, a bad formula, or something along those lines?
