Chances at a T14

Hi!
I was just wondering if I could have a bit of advice. I graduated from UG back in 2008 and I had a 3.3. GPA. During my sophomore year, I was dealing (poorly) with severe depression. Since 2008, I've been working and I have never had a gap on my resume. I've been debating law school for a while but I was never sure about my chances of getting in somewhere worth going.
I just took a test cold with absolutely no preparation and without my full attention on the test and scored 150. Once I really study and do some serious preparation, I believe I can at least break 160.
I'm wondering if I would even have a shot at the T14 or if I just need to stick to lower ranked schools. If it matters, I'm an African-American female, speak French and German and am the first in my family to earn a college degree.
