Top Law Schools

Hello everybody, I've spent considerable time loitering around these forums and I have a basic familiarization with which schools are "splitter-friendly" and which ones are not. My question is to what degree are these schools (UVA, NW, Cornell, etc.) value law enforcement softs, and what bare minimum score would still keep me competitive? I ask because I am a bit older and have been out of academia for quite some time, but of course I will study and try to get the best score I can. My basic profile: BA in Economics with a minor in Finance. 4 years in the army as an infantry officer, MBA after getting out of the army. 3 years working in the Secret Service. Both my BA and MBA are from regional schools. My undergrad GPA was 3.2, nothing spectacular.

With a 3.2, generally median.

What about with scholarship money? Assume I score in the mid-to-high 170s, is it reasonable to get a sizable scholarship?
