169/3.83. Currently teaching in S. Korea. Whats T14 chance?

For those who took the time out of their day to read this- thanks in advance.
Trying to see what my chances are in the T14. I know I probably fall below the medians at a number of school, but I’ve heard that there’s been somewhat of a downward trend in applications and that this may help those with lower stats.
Anyhoo- here I go:
Male, of South Asian descent. Fluent in Urdu and conversational in Punjabi and Korean.
169 (2014)/166 (2012)/162 (2011) LSAT
GPA is a 3.83, graduated college in June 2012. Dean’s List pretty much every semester and a number of departmental awards upon graduation. In addition, I had a number of internship experience- with certain local and state-wide political campaigns, as well as the NYC local government.
In the summer of 2012, I came out to South Korea to teach English. So far I’ve taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.
I’m thinking of applying next cycle- really early. As early as possible.
I’m from NYC, so NYU and Columbia are my top two choices, although Cornell is a third pick. Does anyone have any advice for me? What are my chances in the T14?
