You're clearly an interesting candidate. Your softs plus your URM give you an outside shot at Georgetown and UVA. But, this late in the cycle, you're already very low percentage is now a shot in the dark.
If Georgetown and UVA accept you, however, they aren't likely to give you money.
The answer you are going to get here is to use your last retake, especially if you think you can break 170. At that point you'd be looking at huge money from the lower t14 and some money (maybe) from CCN.
Other things to consider:
If you are so successful, why law school?
Is there really anything in your life that requires you to go this year?
I also started a company, other strong softs (nonURM though). My LSAT is better, GPA is worse, and I don't have a t14 acceptance yet.
It's tough out there and it just doesn't make sense to leave money on the table. Cheers to you and best of luck.
ETA: I exaggerated your very low percentage. As a URM, those numbers give you a decent (though still less than 50-50) shot at UVA, Georgetown.

Honestly, I would retake in June regardless. If you were PTing at 175+ and you had two fairly inhibitive events keep you out of that score range, don't go to law school this cycle unless you get Yale. Even if you screw up again and you only get 3-4 more points, that increase will put you in CCN territory, and that alone should be worth waiting the cycle.
Plus, it's not like you're working at Walmart. Go do more fun/awesome things for a year, come back after you've used your third retake.

PS: How do people usually find out? Is it just an LSAC update? An email? Phone call? Ayy!!!
Acceptances? It is up to the school. Some email, some call. A few send a letter.

Specifically for you, Georgetown: letter; UVA: call and/or email; Yale: call

If you can replicate that 175+ on the test you'll have $$$ at CCN and at least 1 of HYS. Assuming that 175 was on a recent test and that you took it under timed conditions, replicating it in June shouldn't be that difficult given that you have 3 months to study.
