Is the 3.76 your LSAC-calculated? Also, what are your ties to the NA community?

If your answers to those two questions are "yes" and "fairly good/enrolled", I'd say you have a pretty solid shot at getting in.

Maybe a bit rougher, then. Even a 170 is probably not going to get you in:

I'd probably retake regardless. If you must be in California, your GPA isn't so bad that a good enough LSAT won't get you serious scholarship money at UCLA/USC.

edit> The NA thing is tricky. Schools can be a bit edgy about giving "the URM boost" to a white kid whose grandfather was Native American. I would proceed as if you didn't have any boost, and then if you unexpectedly get it at a few schools, good for you.
